They were a great help with our technology questions and printing off passes. the newly renovated hotel had small rooms, but they were perfect for a one-night stay. the hotel had everything we expected and was easy to get to from the airport using the free AirTrain and hotel shuttle. the shuttle even dropped us off at our terminal on our return. While there were no restaurants within walking distance, take-out options were available. the breakfast room was great and open all day, so we even ate dinner there. They also provided a bagged breakfast to take with us.
